SCRUTINEERING/SIGNING ON:
Scrutineering and signing-on will start Friday (time to be announced) till late, Scrutineering and signing-on will the open for an hour on Saturday morning from 7.00am, will close at 8.30am.
There will be a drivers meeting on the start line at 9.00am and racing will start at 9.30 am.
Drivers are advised to pay attention to the Pit tannoy announcements, as racing order may be rearranged at any time.

SECURITY/SAFETY:
There will be security present throughout the weekend although we strongly urge you to be responsible for your own belongings and vehicles.
Fireworks and open fires are NOT permitted on the field at any time.
Random breath tests will be carried out throughout the weekend and drink driving will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

GENERAL INFO:
Please remember that Thingehill Court is a working farm, all dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, and please clean up after them.
Please do not allow your children to play in crop fields, or enter any of the restricted areas.
The farm and surrounding buildings are strictly out of bounds at all times.
There is a strict noise curfew at the venue and all generators are to be switched off at midnight.
Any music is to be turned down to a minimum at 10pm and switched off at midnight.
The Beer tent will be open Thursday night, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with a disco on Saturday night.
Please be considerate to your fellow racers and return to your camper/caravan quietly.
There is also a fun fair on site through out the weekend.
There will be a shop where you will be able to buy bread, milk, etc.

We would like to keep our good relationship with the local residents, please be considerate at all times, both on and off the venue.
